Good to know

Is Focus Habitat free?

Yes. Focusing, chapters, the room and everything you earn are free. Habitat Plus is an optional membership with extra sounds, colours and designs.

What if I skip a few days?

Nothing happens. There are no streaks and nothing decays. Your room and chapters wait exactly where you left them.

Does the timer keep going if I leave the app?

Yes. Sessions are measured from real timestamps, so they stay accurate in the background and after the app closes. A notification tells you when time is up.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone. You can export a backup file at any time.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
